DAY ONE / LESSON ONE

Journaling Basics & Styles

There are different styles of journaling, including daily journaling, gratitude journaling, art journaling, and bullet journaling. In this coaching session, we'll cover the main types, and most importantly, the number one type of daily journaling (that takes only 2 minutes) that is critical for self-growth and breakthrough.

DAY TWO / LESSON TWO

Journaling Consistency

Consistency is one of the most important aspects of journaling. Making a habit of writing in a journal regularly can provide numerous benefits for mental health and self-reflection. Consistent journaling helps to create a routine and structure in one's life, which can lead to improved productivity and focus. In this session you'll learn the secret to creating consistency in your journaling habit.

DAY THREE / LESSON THREE

Journaling for Healing

Journaling can be a powerful tool for healing emotional wounds and promoting mental health. Journaling also provides a safe space to express oneself without fear of judgment or criticism. By allowing oneself to be vulnerable and open in a journal, individuals can experience a sense of release and catharsis that can contribute to their overall healing journey. In this session, you'll learn a 21-day journaling method for healing and breakthrough.

DAY FOUR / LESSON FOUR

Journaling for Growth

Journaling is an invaluable tool for personal growth and self-improvement. Through consistent reflection and self-evaluation, individuals can gain a deeper understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This session will teach you how to journal intentionally with a growth concept in mind for intentional growth in any area.

DAY FIVE / LESSON FIVE

Journaling for Faith

Journaling can provide a safe space to express doubts, ask questions, and explore spiritual concepts. By regularly writing about their faith journey, individuals can track their growth and progress, and gain insights into their spiritual experiences. Journaling can also be a useful tool for prayer, meditation, and gratitude, all of which will be covered and practiced in this session.
