Hi, I'm Trish!

I used to have constant anxiety about what people thought of me and how I was fitting in. My mind constantly thought about what people thought about me... if I was cool enough, pretty enough, skinny enough, smart enough and successful enough to be liked. Then I learned how to not care what people think and to love being myself. I now teach my clients how to do the same, and I can't wait to teach you too.
